Current factory MotoAmerica Superbike racer Cameron Petersen's quest began at a very young age and has spanned the globe from his birthplace in Spain, childhood upbringing in Zimbabwe, to his current residence in Southern California. The claimed South African grew up around racing under the tutelage of his father, ex-Grand Prix racer Robbie Petersen and moved to the US after achieving success in the early 2010's in the South African championship.

Cameron is currently in his third year of racing for one of the most coveted Superbike teams in the series and is a multi-time race winner. This achievement, which seemed like an unattainable dream just a few short years ago, was made possible by the immense sacrifices Cameron and his entire family made to pursue his dreams.
